The open design of the lady liberty novelty license plate allows for personalization in center and on the bottom of the plate.  Use the form to tell us how you want it set up.

We keep Lady Liberty on left so she doesn't interfere with your name, but if you want her in the center between text let us know by a double dash.

To personalize this plate, Choose your size, Enter your name and let us know which font and color text you'd like.  Use the additional text box if you want custom text on the bottom. You can add a city, county or any other text. If you like the color/font we show just state "As Sample". Enter any other instructions (such as date tags) in the additional info section.
