Instructions for Filling out the form
- Choose a size
- Tell us what name, initials or custom text you want
- Pick a font (or request "As Sample")
- note: If choosing a monogram, please pay close attention to the positions of the letters for each monogram font style.
- Enter a color for the text (or state As Sample)
- Let us know if you have any set up requests that differ from the sample style set up. (other than the above)
- Do you want to see a preview prior to us printing and shipping? After receiving your completed order, the art department will email you a mock up - please watch your inbox and spam folder and be sure to reply ASAP. You may request edits.
