Filling out the Form:
~The form will ask you for your name / center text first which is printed on the left side of the plate. Shorter names will work best (up to 7 characters) but if your name is longer the text will be smaller.
~The font for "Dude" is not in the choices so if you want that font, choose "As Sample".
~You can also personalize the top and bottom area of the plates.
