Personalized Vermont bike name Tags

Along with personalizing your name, you can also request to change the bottom text to your city, county, or custom text in the additional info box. Follow the instructions below to fill out the form.
To Order a Vermont plate. follow these instructions to fill out the form

- Enter your name
- Choose font [The font used in the sample in not in the dropdown box, if you want this font, just choose As Sample]
- Enter the color you want for your text [ White or yellow shows best on the green background ]
- Use the additional info box to:

~ Give us any other info (there's also a note section at check out you can use)
