Us the Form to Personalize these polish pride plates with any name in the center. Choose your favorite font and the text color. If you want the text to be half red / half white as in the sample then please type in AS SAMPLE in the color box If you want to add any text to the top (ex: Polish Pride) or bottom of the plate, date tags, etc, just tell us in the additional info box.
