- Enter a name for the center of the plate
- Choose font [The font used in the sample is not in the drop down but "As Sample" is so if you like the font we used just choose as sample.]
- Enter the color you want for your text
- If you want text on the top or bottom, you can fill out the next 2 areas, if not, just skip those fields
- Use the additional info box to:
~ Give us any other info not covered in the rest of the form.
